Sia Partners is looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in Data Protection to join the Risk & Compliance for the Milan office (hybrid mode).

Working in a team of professionals on a global scale, you will have the opportunity to:

• Proactively contribute to the management of project activities with increasing complexity and commensurate with your profile
• Support the Manager in managing the relationship with the Client
• Participate in the development of new value propositions of Sia Partners at a national and international level

The ideal candidate is: passionate about privacy and new technologies, able to manage projects for large clients and interested in joining a stimulating and international environment.

Qualification: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Law with specialization in Risk and/or Compliance

Experience: 3 - 5 years in Data Protection; previous experience in a consulting firm is a plus

• Solid knowledge of personal data protection legislation (GDPR, Legislative Decree 101/2018, Provisions of the Guarantor Authority, the EDPB, etc.)
• Excellent use of methodologies, also with reference to risk calculation and related mitigation, and best practices in the Data Protection field
• Good command of the OneTrust suite. The OneTrust “Privacy Management Professional” certification will be a preferential qualification.
• Knowledge of non-EU regulatory frameworks will be a plus

Languages: excellent knowledge of English (daily use); knowledge of French or another foreign language is considered a plus.
