for comparing your code and looking into others code hackerrand provides excellent feature, on "Leaderboard" tab you can see people who submitted their codes along with their name and country, you can look into as many submissions as you want when you have complete that challange by yourself first to unlock this feature..
"BUT" having code comparison, or code/logic "exposed" in comment section is kind of what we can call open "cheating", it should be monitored.
