Doesn't really appear to be a way other than brute force, given all the answers I am seeing. I was thinking of making a dictionary to map a topic to a list of people, to reduce the number of comparisons needed to find the max team for each person. But that seemed like a ton of complexity, and I am not even convinced it would be faster.
