The problem description is misleading, since it states that:
The opening tags follow the format:
< tag-name attribute1-name = "value1" attribute2-name = "value2" ... >
i.e. all tags must have at least one attribute, while there are test cases with empty tags like < a >. I think this should be rewritten to specify that the case of opening tags without attributes is also possible.
