For eg: If you want ro sort "3", "9" and "10".

In python the sorted() function starts comparing the string from ASCII value of most significant digits. For eg: If you want ro sort "3", "9" and "10".
So, here it can be a problem. But if you first put every element as per their lengths in their respective buckets, then it won't be a problem.
