Is anyone else disturbed by the misinformation about the data types and their sizes? That is absolutely not how they're defined (hint: if you want to guarantee you have 32 bits in your int use std::int32_t,_ not int which can be a variety of sizes), and it's not even what they are on the most common platforms of the day (e.g. long is 64-bit on the several most popular targets, excepting armel ... fewish people are still compiling for 32-bit x86 and most of them should just stop).
