You do not need to CONCAT and can omit the ,'' before COUNT.
The commas separating the months * salary and count (name or * , either works) is sufficient.
SELECT MAX(months*salary), COUNT(name) FROM employee WHERE (months*salary) = (SELECT MAX(months*salary) FROM employee)
