I am getting correct beat count for some problems. But for other problems my beatcount is lower than the one given in the answer. E.g. For problem 8 my beat count is 764 but the answer given is 884. I printed the arrangement and it looks correct and all the rooks have been placed. Did anyone else have this issue ? Are the published answers really outputting the minimum possible beat values ?
