I'm curious as to why a lower_bound where the integer divison produces a FLOOR result still works?
Let's take the problem's example: if the minRate of a the fastest machine = 2 total of machines = 3 and goal = 10
lower_bound = 2 * (10/3) = 6
Shouldn't it be 7? So then, should this be Integer divsion that rounds up instead of down?
// - by defintion just chops off the decimal right?
