this problem isn't really much of a problem... it's just mapping 1 - 30 and then printing accordingly with a few conditions for some cases (i.e 0,15,30)
at first i thought to break m if m>9 and save codelines by reading the ten's and one's separately. which was much more wasteful and long than to just map 1-30...
