Thanks, this works. Ideally, if we use the below query to get the name of a city that starts or ends with a vowel (as seen below):
regexp_like(city,'^[aeiou].* [aeiou]$');
Shouldn't we then be able to do just the opposite to get the city name that doesn't start or end with a vowel (as seen below):
regexp_like(city,'^[^aeiou].* [^aeiou]$');
