We are delighted to publish our FIRST LIST of students who have fared exceedingly well in the Code-a-thon Challenge.

IDFC FIRST Bank is delighted to invite students to IN-PERSON Interviews at three locations on the mentioned dates. The locations include:

12^th May in Bangalore

23^rd May in Hyderabad

30^th May in Delhi

Note: There will be NO VIRTUAL INTERVIEWS conducted.

We are informing our shortlisted students in advance so that you have adequate time to plan your travel to reach on the given date starting at 10:00 am on that day. Alternately, if you cannot make it by 10:00 am, please ensure you arrive latest before 2:00 pm to ensure you get an opportunity to get interviewed and assessed.

You may arrange your to and fro travel / stay (at your cost which will NOT BE REIMBURSED by the bank). Kindly plan to stay at the venue for about 4.5 to 5 hours. It is advisable to plan your return travel accordingly .

There will be live coding technical interviews, and HR rounds of interviews.

Kindly fill the attached MS Teams form to confirm your attendance at given location and date. Submit the filled form not later than Tomorrow (12:00 noon on Wednesday 7^th May).

If you're inspired to make a difference and build a rewarding career in technology, we invite you to participate in our exclusive HIRING CHALLENGE! IDFC FIRST Technology Code-a-thon Challenge.

This challenge is divided into two stages that will put your coding abilities to test. You will get a chance to demonstrate your skills and solve real-world problems and build innovative products to make the world work for everyone.

Complete the challenge successfully and unlock the chance to go through our interviewing process.

The Code-a-thon will have the ultimate prize of landing an Exciting Job offer and full-time employment with IDFC FIRST Bank in the Technology department in a role that offers wide exposure to various facets of technology across one of the three prime locations: Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad.

Post Registration: Once the registration process is complete, the final confirmation of your candidature will be sent to your registered email ID on March 28, 2025.

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate Software Developer/Application Engineer to join our team, ideal for final-year engineering students or recent graduates eager to start their careers in software development.

You will work with experienced engineers to build, test and improve applications while learning industry best practices. Your responsibilities include developing and debugging software, collaborating with teams to understand project needs, and staying updated on new technologies.

You should have knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.), an understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOPS concepts, and familiarity with databases and version control systems like Git. Additional exposure to cloud platforms, front-end or back-end frameworks, and DevOps principles is a plus. This role offers a great learning experience and the opportunity to grow as a developer.

CTC being offered:

TOTAL CTC: +13.8 Lakhs per annum [comprising FIXED CTC: Rs. 12 LPA + Indicative Year-end Performance Bonus of approx. Rs. 1.8 Lakh + Bank Loan and medical benefits]

Eligibility Criteria

Final year (4th year, 8th Semester) B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology specialisations only).
Age must be under 26.
55% Minimum in Xth and XIIth marks.
No immediate blood relative in IDFC FIRST Bank.
No criminal record.
