I worked in various departments spanning across Web development, HR operations, Recruitments, etc. In web development, I started by learning all the build aspects of the website, like its content, structure, data flow, site links, sitemap etc. I created a wireframe of a site on which the Web team was working on at that moment. I also created a mockup of my own of that site with my spin on its design and structure. It was a tough task for me as it was my first, but I enjoyed it a lot and learned so many new things as well. In the HR department, I created an excel table to create a personal record of the employees, including their area of work, address, work history, etc. I also created an induction ppt for the new employees of the organization, guided by my supervisor. I read quite a lot about how to handle a company as an HR whose span of work ranges from salary decisions to keeping everyone in harmony and maintaining the efficiency and productivity of the team. In recruitments department, I was assigned the work of checking the eligibility of applicants and calling certain ones based on their work profile to make them join the team in the company. I also made an excel table of competing for advertising agencies in Mumbai and Pune and checking out their site designs and structure.

I learned website designing where I created test sites based on the WIX framework. I created an Android site to test the skills I learned. I started learning HTML during the internship time which helped me a lot in my future endeavors.
