Promoted from intern to full-time after successful completion of a 6-month internship. Started out as the PoC for Mid-Market requirements, managing everything from requirement gathering to ensuring a smooth release, achieving a 5x increase in ticket size. Designed and built the core product’s onboarding flow, reducing onboarding time significantly. Developed custom fields for use across different modules, an organisation-wide analytics dashboard, led multiple Elasticsearch enhancements, improved job server reliability, and built an internal tool to debug WebViews.
