I worked on in-silico antigen design focusing on molecular dynamics simulations to study membrane molecules interactions on gram-negative bacteria. Parametrized a new molecule on the Insane script for coarse-grained systems in Martini forcefield. Performed All Atom and Coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations using Gromacs, Charmmgui, Mdanalysis, Data analysis, Python, Linux, HPC infrastructure, Jupyter Notebook.

Learning of molecular genetics and microbiology techniques by studying plant-microorganism interactions. The primary objective was to better characterize the regulation of conjugation in Sinorhizobium meliloti by building reporter systems.
