Evaluation model building for commercial partners evaluation. Business relations between Eni, its retail partners and trade unions. Focal point of the commercial unit for business acquisition and M&A processes (environmental due diligence, drafting of contracts along with legal department).

Technical support to refining and chemical processes. Plant data analysis and troubleshooting. Environmental emission monitoring and optimization through global heat, mass and economic balances. Focal point for advanced process management with dynamic matrix control finalized to waste reduction and pollutant abatement. Hands-on experience on hydrotreating units, Claus processes, vacuum distillation, amine treatment (H2S and CO2 removal) and environmental units. Experience on environmental emission data reconciliation.
