Way2Wealth Illuminati is a proprietary trading firm focused on high frequency algorithmic
trading across asset classes across the globe. We currently have physical offices in
Bangalore, Mumbai and Singapore.
We are one of the largest firms by trading volume on Indian exchanges, and have
significant market shares on several large global exchanges as well. We use a disciplined
and systematic quantitative approach to identify factors that consistently generate alpha.
These factors are then used along with our proprietary ultra low latency trading systems
and robust risk management to develop trading strategies across asset classes (equities,
commodities, currencies, fixed income) that trade on global exchanges.
We are a team of curious engineers, mathematicians, and statisticians who like to solve
challenging problems. We have past experience in quantitative trading and low latency
trading system development at global investment banks and hedge funds.
The Trading Systems team is responsible for architecting, building and maintaining cutting edge trading infrastructure for global exchanges. As a member of this team, you will work on building several mission critical components related to trading infrastructure: real time market data feed handler, deterministic order routing gateway, risk management system, exchange simulation engine, big data analysis engine, low latency high throughput data distribution network, etc. Ultra-low latency is a critical focus for us, so you will also work on research and implementation of acceleration solutions focused both on software and hardware (FPGAs, GPUs, etc) to further improve the latency of our core infrastructure. Technologies used will involve network programming, low latency IPC, efficient data structures, multi-core/multi-threaded programming, kernel optimization, clever algorithms, etc.
The base compensation for this role will be very competitive and significantly higher than industry standards. There is also an annual performance bonus which is purely meritocratic and can form a large percentage of the total CTC. We are a small team, so you will be entrusted with a lot of responsibility and immediately work on projects that are very critical to our firm.
