    • Developed and maintained high-visibility, enterprise-class desktop and web applications at scale • Regularly developed data-driven Microsoft Office apps in VBA, making heavy use of Office and host application API calls, as well as accessing the Win32 API directly from VBA when performance was a priority. Many projects included database calls using ODBC and OLEDB middleware. • Maintained the 15,000+ line Autosurplus system, promoting a smooth transfer of data from legacy mainframe hosts to the new systems. This JCL/SAS system had well over 50 jobs. With the advent of the DCAC/MRM systems, added code to Autosurplus jobs that allowed data transfers between mainframe and Oracle and SQL Server systems. • Developed and maintained the Perfmet system, providing overtime data to decision makers managing a 600 person department. This system was 2-Tier: ASP front-end, SQL Server 2000 back-end. • Developed a set of stored procedures that processed Inventory Reduction data for later analysis, assisting inventory control clerks in determining which airplane parts needed to be surplussed. • Maintained the 3-tier Visual Basic Kitting Designer system, promoting the seamless management of standards kit installations on the Boeing 777/767/AWACS final assembly lines. This application featured a VB middleware component usd to communicate with the SQL Server 2000 database.
