Created a comprehensive monitoring dashboard for clinic services utilizing Metabase, providing real-time insights and enhancing decision-making processes. Collaborated with product and QA teams to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agile frameworks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features and functionality. Performed manual UI testing, API endpoint testing using Postman, and crafted detailed test scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT), ensuring thorough validation and smooth integration of system components.
