Drove and developed an upgrade and migration for an existing workflow to link lines to medications using Typescript, React, CSS, C# (.NET), and M. Collaborated with UX designers to improve the UI, receiving positive feedback from end users and saving them 396k clicks a day. Improved launch performance by 62%. Designed and developed the ability for customers to create custom push notifications based off any clinical workflow within Epic’s software using Typescript, C# (.NET), and M. Will allow hospitals to alert their clinicians about critical patient issues without having to rely on Epic development for each specific use case, saving hundreds of development hours.

Directly managed and coached 3 team members, including weekly check-ins and quarterly performance reviews. Spearheaded new processes to improve our product, including a monthly call with end users to easily gather feedback on new development, a new project management strategy for our developers, and a new mechanism for new hires to gain real world experience during the pandemic. Oversaw 9 different projects with 8 of them reaching the target version on time.

Later led a software development team, including freelancers from Poland, to develop the next iteration of the web and mobile applications with React, React Native, and Firebase.
