Work Experience
CEO and Founder
LozanoSoft• June 2020 - Present
▪ I started to develop my brand in 2020 with the creation of the YouTube channel called LozanoSoft, where I taught different programming languages. Later I created the following social networks to reach more people: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. ▪ I developed three e-commerce for a client on sale of plastic bag, Mexican blanket and tilma, which are deployed on the network. ▪ A year later, I decided to start routing the transformation of the brand to a company. I started the organizational planning, in addition to the structure of the services to be offered. ▪ Currently, the company has a WebSite to deliver web, mobile, desktop and console applications. In addition, maintenance, support, computer sales and marketing services are in sight. ▪ I have created four teams for the following areas: programming, marketing, administration and sales. We are a total of 20 people: ten developers, two IT maintainers, four community managers and three vendors, in addition to myself, who is in charge of managing and guaranteeing the success of each project. Our vision is to be the best software company in Puebla, Mexico. ▪ The work philosophy is governed by agile methodologies and the most useful frameworks in the industry.
Salesforce developer
Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM)• March 2022 - June 2023
▪ I was part of a team of 10 people, where I was in charge of developing microsites for Tec de Monterrey events, I also created email templates. In addition, I worked with a UX expert and a tester. ▪ The microsites and email templates reached a large number of students throughout the country, since that content was available for the 25 campuses in Mexico. ▪ The tools I used were mainly Fonteva and Digital Experiences. Also, I took some courses on the Apex programming language. On the other hand, in the organization we used the agile SCRUM methodology for the workflow.
Data scientist and artificial intelligence
SAS Institute México• May 2022 - December 2022
▪ I worked with a team of two people besides me. We developed a facial recognition project, where the system must be able to detect faces of previously known thieves. The thief database had 10 photos per subject, which contained a total of 40 subjects. ▪ My role was to investigate the best methods to prepare information for image processing, as well as testing different types of convolutional neural networks to find the best deep learning model. ▪ The main tools we used are SAS Studio, SAS Visual Analytics, SWAT Python API, DLPy Python API and SAS Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning software. Additionally, tasks were classified and performed based on the CRISP-DM methodology.
Multi-agent system developer
Center for Industrial Innovation in Artificial Intelligence• October 2021 - December 2021
▪ I was part of a three person team. The objective of the project was to create a system to improve traffic in Mexico. To do this, we train a multi-agent model, where cars efficiently detect traffic lights and the people around them to automate their behavior avoiding colliding with any object. ▪ I had the role of a full-stack developer, coding some of the most important methods for the car agent. In addition, a 3D animation was built in Unity, which shows the behavior of the interaction as a whole. On the front-end, I displayed cars and traffic lights in 3D. ▪ The tools used were Python (AgentPy library) and a C# API for connecting to the server in Unity. The project was successfully completed and handed over for research purposes.
Back-end developer
Ternium México S.A de C.V.• January 2021 - May 2021
▪ I was part of a team of four people. We developed a 3D video game and a web platform; the objective of the system is to train the sales executives in the company's manufacturing process. ▪ The construction of the website is governed by the MVC design pattern, accompanied by the following technologies: Express JS, Embedded JS, React JS, Bootstrap and SQL Server (Microsoft Azure). Furthermore, the game is developed with Unity using C# and the communication between server and client is done with two REST APIs (one created with Express JS and the other created with DotNet). ▪ My role was to develop the system logic and APIs to communicate the website and the game, as well as manage the SPs (Stored Procedures) and database triggers. ▪ The project was successfully completed and handed over to the company for deployment in Nuevo León. The project was managed using agile SCRUM and Kanban methodology with Git + GitHub.
