Designed, developed & shipped multiple EX Search modules and further reduced on-boarding time, resulting in increased customer adoption. Major contributor to the engineering initiatives (Kubernetes migration, Elasticsearch & MongoDB version upgrades). Contributed to multiple search engine enhancements (Semantic Search, Entity Search and Spell Correction), which resulted increase in overall search score. Designed and developed various data pipelines replacing existing CDC methods improving search systems reliability and added end-to-end monitoring support for the same.

Developed and shipped a utility micro-service offering geo-data, which optimized memory usage across multiple micro-services and improved maintainability. Developed various dashboards providing search engine insights, which helped identify major improvement areas driving results through actions. Major contributor to Elasticsearch version upgrade (5. x to 7. x), which powers the platform's search engine.
