In my current role, I develop, implement, analyze, and adjust training programs that are designed to produce effective, highly-skilled process operators for the refinery. Though my primary responsibilites do not necessitate coding experience, I leverage my skills with Python 3, VBA, and C# to produce tools that enable me and my team to deliver a more organized and efficient training experience.
Lead Operator

As a lead operator, I was tasked with leading a crew of three to four other operators in order to maintain the process unit (fluidized catalytic cracking unit) within acceptable operating limits while maximizing uptime and profitability without sacrificing safety. To assists in keeping products on specification, I developed and maintained a number of tools in Python and VBA, including a basic neural net using Keras we used to predict product quality based on current operating parameters.

Associate of Science in Business Administration. During my course of study, I performed an extensive analaysis of Exxon-Mobil's financial data using various Python libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, seaborn, etc.) along with Excel and VBA UDFs, culminating in a buy-sell-hold stock recommendation.
