Resume Parsing algorithm using ML: ● The project aims to parse the variety of resumes received in a company for different job profiles. We designed an algorithm that could easily screen the resume into a particular directory based on their skills and Qualifications. ● Also, this algorithm rates the candidate according to the rules and criteria fixed by the specific company to recruit their new joint. It only selects the data of those candidate which have been shortlisted according to the company criteria.
