■ Built a data-driven composite Engagement Score methodology to quantify the value of different actions on conversion across channels such as Website, Social, Email, and Paid Display (used methods such as Multiple Linear Regression, Factor Analysis, and Correlation Analysis) ■ Used Logistic Regression (+ interaction effects) modeling to understand the relative importance of pairs of web events which were most influential in driving conversion for a large PC supplier ■ Spearheaded git/version control throughout the entire department as well as a cohesive documentation strategy for knowledge sharing (without becoming honorous) ■ Demonstrated excellent time management skills by juggling several different projects and identified as one of the most requested resources ■ The first member of the Data Science team to be certified in Adobe Analytics ■ Built R, Python, and Bash ETL scripts to extract data from several REST based Social Media APIs such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. ■ Developed Churn Analysis product solution - Using M/L to identify which customers were most likely to churn & taking actions to minimize ■ Replaced inefficient, manual (error-prone) spreadsheet-based reports with fully integrated and automated Data mart; played a crucial role in all stages from initial concept to execution ■ Continued open-source contributions to several R packages on Github (in particular googleAnalyticsR, googleCloudStorageR, bigrquery, and googleAuthR)
