After successfully troubleshooting and enhancing the UI, I transitioned into the role of a Support Center Agent. In this capacity, I served as a frontline support resource, addressing inquiries and concerns from users. This dual experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, from initial testing to end-user support. It also honed my ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and provide excellent customer service.
