Designed, built and evaluated a real-time hybrid recommendation engine. Architected multi-modal and multi-objective recommender systems lead the development of Proof-of-concept for such activities. Lead design, development and evaluation of a Churn Propensity Model for Postpaid markets with very high class imbalance. Implemented and lead evaluation of a Counterfactual Purchase Model for Market simulation application. Fined-tuned LLMs and worked on Efficient prompt retrieval strategies. Developed and have lead development of Explainable AI methodologies for different in-house AI/ML products. Provided mentorship and supervised up to 2 fellow Data scientists.

Architected, designed and built a scalable, budget-aware and sandboxed ML Execution Engine on Cloud. Modified existing models for deployment to the above ML execution engine. Built Models, Data Pipelines, Web services and other components for AI Assistant for Marketers. Optimized and scaled up the AI assistant to handle data of millions of users.
