• Designed and manufactured Surface LED prototypes received praise from Tesla, Volkswagen, and Ford for changing automotive conventions which are now being prominently implemented into the grill of Ford’s autonomous vehicle. • Conducted torque test experiments comparing 3D printed and injection molded prototypes to determine best fastening methods for integrating new optical technologies within automotive headlamps and taillamps.
