At the heart of the GC Trace machine lies the GC TRACE 1110 MCPU PCBA, a crucial component responsible for controlling the machine's operation. To ensure the reliability and functionality of this board, a thorough testing process is conducted prior to its implementation in the GC Trace machine. Traditionally, this testing process was conducted manually, which was a time-consuming and labor-intensive task. As part of our project, we were tasked with creating a semi-automated test jig machine that could efficiently and accurately test the GC TRACE 1110 MCPU PCBA. Our project involved testing a total of 34 parameters, which included 11 analog, 23 digital, and 2 serial parameters. To accomplish this, we designed a custom test jig machine that incorporated a combination of automated and manual testing processes. The semi-automated test jig machine we developed featured a user-friendly interface that allowed operators to easily input and monitor the testing parameters. The machine's automated testing features, including the use of pre-programmed test scripts, helped to significantly reduce the testing time and improve the accuracy of the results. We also incorporated various safety features into our test jig machine, such as short-circuit protection and voltage regulation, to ensure that the GC TRACE 1110 MCPU PCBA was not damaged during the testing process. Overall, our semi-automated test jig machine has streamlined the testing process of the GC TRACE 1110 MCPU PCBA, allowing for more efficient and accurate testing. We are confident that our project has contributed to the overall reliability and functionality of the GC Trace machine, ultimately benefiting its users.

As part of my internship at SISAI Technologies Pune, I was tasked with developing a homemade dipole antenna capable of catching DD channel frequency. Our goal was to enable viewers to watch DD channels on their television without having to rely on expensive cable or satellite subscriptions. To achieve this, I researched and experimented with various designs of dipole antennas, analyzing factors such as length, spacing, and materials. After several rounds of prototyping and testing, we were able to develop a highly effective dipole antenna that was capable of receiving DD channel frequency with clarity and stability. Our final design was both cost-effective and easy to assemble, allowing users to create their own antennas with minimal technical expertise. We also provided detailed instructions and support to ensure that our viewers could easily set up their antennas and enjoy DD channels on their TVs. Through this project, we aimed to provide affordable and accessible access to quality programming for viewers in India. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy high-quality entertainment and news, and we are proud to have contributed to this goal through our innovative dipole antenna design.
