Through Abhikalan, we aim to provide a platform for young programmers to hone their technical proficiency w.r.t. Coding/Programming Contests and Interview Questions of Core Software and R&D Wings of MNCs.

In the past, we have trained students of 70+ Institutes across 23 States in India - IIT Dhanbad, MANIT Bhopal, MNNIT Allahabad,NIT Trichy, NIT Raipur, NIT Agartala,XIM Bhubaneshwar, YMCA UST Faridabad, BIT Mesra, BIET Jhansi, KIIT Bhubaneshwar, NIIT University and Chitkara University to name a few. This Zeroth Contest, called Shoonya-Abhikalan was organized on 1st November 2014.

Abhikalan literally means "Computation" in Sanskrit. Abhikalan is meant to be a platform of learning for young programmers through Computational Programming. We believe that Competition and Contests helps prepare for real-life pressure situations.

The idea is to train young programmers for Coding Contests and Interview Questions asked by various Core Software and R&D Wings of MNCs.

We suggest that Brute Force solutions should be avoided and solutions should focus on optimization of time, space, power and cyclomatic complexity.
