The work placement was originally supposed to last four weeks, but I was asked to stay for an additional two. Key responsibilities: - Working on the various school websites, which utilize WordPress - Utilizing WordPress plugins to enhance the sites' functionalities - Other miscellaneous jobs such as creating JasperSoft reports Key contributions: - Designing brand new WordPress themes for the various school websites - Updating outdated information on the original websites It was here that I first learned about WordPress and how to create WordPress themes. I also occasionally did other miscellaneous jobs, such as creating JasperSoft reports.
