Value Fit

The 'Value fit' of an employee is assessed to see if the employees' professional beliefs, behaviors, and motivations, are in alignment with the organization's core values, mission and vision. Value fit assessments probe into the candidate’s professional experiences, values, and personality.

This competency area includes understanding the assessment of personality, leadership, teamwork, goal alignment, among others. 

Key Competencies: 

  1. Working Style - Assessment of the employee’s working styles, past experiences in handling work situations, temperament, goals, and so on.  
  2. Team Work - Assessment of the employee’s ability to collaborate with others, take initiative, and be a team player.
  3. Leadership Style - Assessment of the ability to lead peers to achieve a better result for the organization or team.
