Generate models on Tableau and Excel to conduct analysis on passenger data, focusing on areas such as overcrowding, busiest routes, station trends, passenger trends, and peak travel times. Utilize Alteryx as the primary ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tool to process and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes. Develop datasets using advanced Excel formulas, reducing thousands of rows to concise values with high accuracy and zero errors. Assist in IT maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth operations of systems and resolving any technical issues that arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing insights and recommendations to improve passenger experience and operational efficiency. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and relevant departments. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and IT maintenance, and suggest innovative solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
