• Lead 22 Senior Product Managers working on Boeing Commercial and Boeing Defense analytic products. • Managed day-to-day cadence and product management oversight of 27 key AI / ML and Analytic products while successfully completing 10 ahead of schedule, each with a budget above $3,000,000, leading to a $4.1 million increase in savings for Boeing. • Developed a Product Management strategic direction and plan to power the business operations. • Provided training, resources, and growth opportunities to influence the team’s product design direction using SAFe best practices to accomplish our HR and Finance partnerships strategic initiatives. • Delivered an engagement and requirements process to integrate & improve scheduling quality with Boeing. • Owned the portfolio product roadmap for the Boeing Analytx team and built out KPIs and OKRs on various teams. • Boeing Certified for Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Compliance Prototyping, and Data Protection. • Executive Board Member of Puget Sound Boeing Hispanic Employee Network – La Familia (BHEN)
