this question is insane! It asks "Using which language can a user request information from a database?". Query is not a language, query is the request itself. The term "Structured query language", which is the name of the language, means that it is a language which is structured, and used for querying.
This is beginner level stuff, this question is definitely poorly worded
"What type of language can a user use to request information from a database?"
I agree with your sentiments. This question is aimed at keeping the greater unwashed in the dark.

I don't think so, there are more query languages, SQL is only one of them.
