And that's exactly what i said.
The problem is, if a year is a leap year, the 256th day should be 12th of September. And when a year is not a leap year, it should be the 13th.
The year (ie 2100), what was given is a leap year, but the expected result is "13.09.2100". The correct answer should be "12.09.2100".
