The only explanation is a link to the wiki page on anagrams - no explanation as to what exactly an unordered anagrammatic pair is. The only example that is explained is a) symmetric b) only contains four letters.
I can just about guess what is asked here, but this is an awfully worded question and should either be improved or removed.
