Eligibility: The competition is open to all students, professionals, and coding enthusiasts.
Registration: Participants must register for the contest before the start date. Late registrations will not be accepted.
Languages: Participants can solve the problems using any of the programming languages supported by HackerRank.
Plagiarism: Strictly no plagiarism. Any participant found to be copying code from others will be disqualified immediately.
Time Limits: Each problem will have a specific time limit within which the solution must run successfully.
Multiple Submissions: Participants can make multiple submissions for each problem, but only the last submission will be considered for scoring.
Scoring: Points are awarded based on the correctness and efficiency of the solution. Ties will be broken by considering the total time taken to solve all problems.
Fair Play: Any attempt to disrupt the competition or other participants will lead to disqualification.
Correctness (70% of total score):
Full points will be awarded for each test case that your solution passes.
Partial points may be awarded for passing some, but not all, test cases.
Efficiency (20% of total score):
Solutions that execute within the optimal time and space complexity will receive additional points.
Time Taken (10% of total score):
The faster you submit a correct solution, the more points you earn.
Time penalties will be applied to incorrect submissions.
Bonus Points:
Extra points for solving problems in fewer attempts.
Additional rewards for solving the hardest problem(s) in the contest.
