FizzBuzz is a two-hour individual competitive programming contest designed to challenge participants with problem statements of varying difficulty levels. These problems will cover a wide range of topics, including strings, arrays, hashing, graphs, dynamic programming, and more, offering a comprehensive test of the contestants' coding skills and problem-solving abilities.

Rules

  • The creator of this contest is solely responsible for setting and communicating the eligibility requirements associated with prizes awarded to participants, as well as for procurement and distribution of all prizes. The contest creator holds HackerRank harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, awards, settlements, orders, or fines.

  • This is a one-round event.
  • Participation is restricted to registered students only.
  • A 10-minute time penalty will be applied for incorrect submissions.
  • Participants are allowed to submit multiple solutions, with the best submission being considered for evaluation.
  • FizzBuzz format: 1 round of 2 hours with 6-7 questions of varying difficulty ranging from Easy to Hard.

Scoring

  • Participants with the highest scores will achieve higher rankings.
  • In the event of a tie in the scores, the participant with the shorter submission time will be ranked higher.
  • The decision of the organizers will be final and cannot be contested.
