Rules

Rules:

Plagiarism of any sort is not acceptable.
Solutions can be provided in C++, C, Java and Python 2/3
For any dispute, the decision of invigilators will be final and binding.

Judging criteria:

Judging will be on the basis of points earned by providing correct solutions.
Correctness of a solution will be evaluated by running against a number of test cases.
Partial points for correct solutions to some test cases may be provided
Solutions must run within given time constraints which differ according to programming language used.
Ties will be resolved by submition times of solutions.

Participation eligibility:

All undergraduate students are eligible to participate.

Scoring

  • Each challenge has a pre-determined score.
  • A participant’s score depends on the number of test cases a participant’s code submission successfully passes.
  • If a participant submits more than one solution per challenge, then the participant’s score will reflect the highest score achieved. In a game challenge, the participant's score will reflect the last code submission.
  • If a participant submits more than one solution per challenge, then the participant’s score will reflect the highest score achieved.
  • Participants are ranked by score. If two or more participants achieve the same score, then the tie is broken by the total time taken to submit the last solution resulting in a higher score
