Engineer 2014 - NIT Surathkal's annual techfest is the second largest technical event in south India and is known the brilliant set of events that it showcases every year. Inscription is Engineer's premier event and one of India's biggest coding event. It is also the Flagship Event of Engineer's Comps Committee . With tons of participants from 15+ countries we manage to attract some the best coders of the world to compete for the prestigious event.

This year we are making it bigger better and tougher . Following are the details of competition :

  1. Dates : 17th October to 18th October
  2. Timings : 3pm IST (17-Oct-14) to 3am IST (18-Oct-14)
  3. Prizes : 25k INR

Note: Though this contest is open for all for participation, prizes are only for participant from India.

Rules

  • All the challenges will have a predetermined score. Score of a game is calculated using Bayesian Approximation
  • This contest will appeal to programmers who're interested in interesting algorithmic challenges, AI challenges and of course general programming
  • HackerRank admins decision will be final
  • Please refrain from discussing strategy during the contest.
  • Any case of code plagiarism will result in disqualification of both the users from the contest. We've a fairly good plagiarism detector that works at the opcode level.
  • You can code directly on our interface. We support 20 major languages. You can have a look at the environment in which we run your code
