This contest is to help high school teams practice that are interested in competing in the High School Programming Contest for the Math/CS Day at Shippensburg University.

Rules

  • The creator of this contest is solely responsible for setting and communicating the eligibility requirements associated with prizes awarded to participants, as well as for procurement and distribution of all prizes. The contest creator holds HackerRank harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, awards, settlements, orders, or fines.

During the normal contest you will have access to basic online references for the language you are using as well as any books or notes you bring.

Scoring

During the normal contest score is based on number of problems solved. The team with the most problems solved is ranked first.

If more than one team solves the same number of problems then score is based on total time to complete all problems with a 20 minute penalty added for each incorrect submission of a problem that was solved correctly.
