About

The minerals or elements are those substances that have been derived from the earth or those that are present in the surface of rocks (over millions of years ago). In terms of human beings, minerals refer to those elements that are necessary for the living organisms that we are. As humans, we need minerals such as LLAP Health calcium, bromine, iodine, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, iron, nickel, and so on. These elements can be consumed or used in some way or other for our health, especially in the digestive tract. Minerals are used for many purposes in different sciences and industries, but what is most important is their role in the human body and how they affect us.

The most important minerals that we need in our everyday lives are the ones that we get from the earth's crust and that are found in many foods. In mineralogy and geology, a mineral is a rock or a formation that is rich in a particular element or mineral content. Water, for instance, contains many minerals and water ionize (becomes ionized) as it freezes. Salt contains various minerals and the ancients discovered that salt crystallized when it was exposed to fire. So, salt is a very important dietary supplement and part of many foods that are eaten every day.

In contrast to inorganic minerals, which are those that are formed through organic means, inorganic minerals come in different forms. Organic minerals consist of carbon compounds, sulfuric compounds, aluminum compounds, phosphates, nitrates, ferric compounds, silicon compounds, manganese compounds, zinc compounds, and so on. They are found in all kinds of rocks, including those which contain fossils and those which do not. However, the most important thing about these LLAPHealth minerals is that they are living and as such, they have their own chemical composition which affects their ability to be absorbed and used by the human body.
