Welcome to the first-ever [VAIT x QuangHuynh x ThienBui] NoFail Coding Challenge 2021

So what if you're just a uni student? Or a complete newbie to coding in general? Come one, come all!!

This contest is formulated so that it is suitable for all ages and all skills level. So there's really no reason to back out, right?

The contest is set to run for ONE day only, and the problem sets are in Vietnamese. All of your submissions will be graded, and the top 3 Australian-based contestants will receive a T-shirt from the organizers.

Prizes

  • Top 3 ranked contestants will win contest T-shirts. Big kudos to Hannah who designed them.
  • The reward details form will be sent out when we announce the winners.
  • Due to logistic reasons, we can only send T-shirts to Australian-based contestants. If you are unable to claim the reward, it will be transferred to the next contestant on the leaderboard.

Rules

  • The creator of this contest is solely responsible for setting and communicating the eligibility requirements associated with prizes awarded to participants, as well as for procurement and distribution of all prizes. The contest creator holds HackerRank harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, awards, settlements, orders, or fines.

Scoring

  • Each challenge worths 100 score.
  • Participant’s scores for each problem depends on the number of test cases their submission successfully passes.
  • If a participant submits more than one solution per challenge, then the participant’s score will reflect the highest score achieved. In a game challenge, the participant's score will reflect the last code submission.
  • Participants are ranked by score. If two or more participants achieve the same score, then the tie is broken by the total time taken to submit the last solution resulting in a higher score
