We, at Sears, are focussed on solving complex challenges in technology and delivering experiences to customers that build loyalty. To power the same, Sears India invites coding talent from pan India to compete in a 2 tier 'algorithm intensive' programming Hackathon, which will help us recognize amazing programmers from across the country. Once we have shortlisted the first cut of 'super programmers' online, we will invite you to an onsite hackathon - this will give us an opportunity to experience some 'super cool' coding skills :) We are invested in this initiative sincerely and for that we will ensure we cover your travel expenses and make your travel worthwhile.

What makes this contest massive is that, it is not only region, religion, degree, pedigree, age, lineage, cast, sex, voting preferences (to name a few) agnostic, but offers INR 7 Lakhs for the first 3 winners as prizes!
