Torrent Infotech Coding Contest is a 2-hours long coding contest where you can your computer programming skills. The significance being - it gives you enough time to think about a problem,try different ways to tackle problem, read the concepts etc. We also put a lot of effort in getting quality problem, which would, in turns, foster your learning while solving them.

Prizes

  • Winner will be awarded by the Certificate of Excellence, free Cooperative Training and direct selection for Interview at Torrent Infotech.
  • Runner-ups will be awarded by the Certificate of Runner-up.

Rules

  • The creator of this contest is solely responsible for setting and communicating the eligibility requirements associated with prizes awarded to participants, as well as for procurement and distribution of all prizes. The contest creator holds HackerRank harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, awards, settlements, orders, or fines.

  • All problem will be partially graded and you will get a score passing test cases. You will recieve 100 points for solving a problem(passing all test cases).You can submit solution as many time as you'd like, there are no penalties for incorrect submission.

Scoring

  • Each challenge has a pre-determined score.
  • A participant’s score depends on the number of test cases a participant’s code submission successfully passes.
  • If a participant submits more than one solution per challenge, then the participant’s score will reflect the highest score achieved. In a game challenge, the participant's score will reflect the last code submission.
  • Participants are ranked by score. If two or more participants achieve the same score, then the tie is broken by the total time taken to submit the last solution resulting in a higher score
