Rules

  • The creator of this contest is solely responsible for setting and communicating the eligibility requirements associated with prizes awarded to participants, as well as for procurement and distribution of all prizes. The contest creator holds HackerRank harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, awards, settlements, orders, or fines.

Whack Hack 2.0 - Coding Competition Rules

  1. Eligibility: All participants must be second-year students of the college.
  2. Equipment: Participants are required to have their own laptops and a stable internet connection to compete.
  3. Fair Play: Absolutely no form of cheating is allowed. This includes plagiarism, sharing solutions, or using unauthorized resources.
  4. Language Independent: Participants are free to use any programming language of their choice to solve the coding challenges.
  5. Browser Tabs: During the contest, refrain from opening any extra browser tabs or external websites.
  6. Warning Policy: There will be one warning for rule violations. Upon a second violation, the participant will be disqualified from the contest.
  7. Issue Resolution: If you encounter any issues, contact the discipline or management team for assistance. Discussing problems with classmates during the contest will be considered unfair play.
  8. Time-Bound: The contest is time-bound, and participants must adhere to the specified deadlines for each challenge.
