I don't mean this to sound rude, but which version would you rather was implied when using the general term C++? The two that make most sense are either the latest widely used version, or the oldest version... what is the oldest version? Did it have version names before C++98? I wouldn't want to have to assume versions before C++98.
I think it's safe to assume modern C++ as foxeed put it, and I would happily count that as at least C++11. I've been coding for about four years now, and I don't think I've ever used another version aside from on embedded systems, and even some of them have C++11 support now.
As for the question, it is a bit of a drastic step up from the question before. I've had fun figuring it out, although I've not had any luck passing the tests other than the first one... And I thought I'd done a pretty good and thourough job too! Oh well, on with the battle...
