    Read problem statement properly . As they mentioned If n is odd, print Weird If n is even and in the inclusive range of to , print Not Weird If n is even and in the inclusive range of to , print Weird If n is even and greater than 20 , print Not Weird

    you are printing "Weird" when it is checking odd one ,you have to print same statement for 3 one too.
