The partnership will allow HackerRank and Criteria customers to identify the best talent with a more comprehensive, data-driven view of their technical candidates by cross-promoting the companies’ assessments.
HackerRank customers will now have the opportunity to obtain a more complete view of their technical candidates by offering Criteria’s comprehensive suite of game-based assessments, which include cognitive aptitude, customizable personality, and behavior assessments. By adding these types of assessments to the hiring process, HackerRank customers will now have a fast, easy, and reliable way to identify candidates who are likely to perform more effectively.

In tandem, Criteria customers will now have access to HackerRank’s best-in-class coding assessments, which include a library of more than 3,100 pre-built coding questions that measure 170-plus skill areas for all levels. Commonly assessed job families include software engineers, web developers, QA and testing, cloud and DevOps, data science and ML, and cybersecurity. HackerRank’s assessments complement the Criteria assessments a hiring team already uses, resulting in a more scalable, valid, and efficient hiring process for technical roles.
